  • Four out of five senior women managers in the business world were active in sports during childhood. Most of them maintain that the values acquired through active involvement in sports – discipline, team work, competitiveness and risk taking ability – contributed greatly to their success in business and in life in general.
  • Girls that routinely participate in a sports activity in comparison to girls that are not involved in a sports activity have much better chances to graduate high-school and later to achieve professional and academic success.
