Women celebrating Triumph Fund is a joint project of Electra Ramat Hasharon and the Pharmaceutical company Roche that was established to raise funds for the wellbeing of breast cancer patients. The aim of the fund is to raise awareness to the disease as well as to provide support for patients and encourage them during all phases of recovery.

The Funds are raised through a unique initiative involving both the basketball team and Roche company. At the end of each game, the baskets attained by the highest scorer are translated to money. The team multiplies these points by the 10 and Roche multiplies this total by eighteen. All funds are used for joint events for recovering patients together with the the members of the basketball team.

Women who are struggling with cancer require optimism, constant determination, and a strong will. These encounters enable the recovering patients and the players to offer mutual support and encouragement.

During the past three seasons, the fund raised 350,000 shekels.
